The Radiation Therapy Alliance (RTA) is a non-profit organization representing free-standing radiation therapy centers and manufacturers. The RTA represents 227 community-based cancer care facilities in 21 states caring for approximately 98,000 patients annually.

The RTA is dedicated to working with policymakers and other key stakeholders to provide a greater understanding of the value of community-based radiation therapy facilities and the importance of logical, predictable payment reform to ensure patient access to state-of-the-art, quality cancer care.

Southern Association of Therapeutic Radiation Oncology 
SATRO is a nonprofit organization formed to provide radiation therapy staff from southern states with an opportunity to pursue convenient, regionally-based education and networking opportunities not otherwise available to them. Society for Radiation Oncology Administrators

SROA is a national organization whose objectives are to improve the administration of the business and nonmedical management aspects of radiation oncology and the practice of radiation oncology as a cost-effective form of health care delivery.
