American College of Radiology
ACR, a nonprofit professional society, is the principal organization of radiologists,
radiation oncologists, and clinical medical physicists in the United States.
American College of Radiation Oncology
ACRO is the only organization that represents radiation oncologists in the
socioeconomic and political sphere without influence from any other specialty.
Association of Community Cancer Centers
ACCC is an organization to help oncology professionals adapt to the complex
challenges of program management, cuts in reimbursement, hospital consolidation
and mergers, and legislation and regulations that threaten to compromise the
delivery of quality cancer care.
Southern Association of Therapeutic Radiation
Oncology
SATRO
is a nonprofit organization formed to provide radiation therapy staff from
southern states with an opportunity to pursue convenient, regionally-based
education and networking opportunities not otherwise available to them. SATRO
provides a forum for the exchange of information and ideas specific to the

Society for Radiation Oncology Administrators
SROA is a national organization whose objectives are to improve the administration
of the business and nonmedical management aspects of radiation oncology and
the practice of radiation oncology as a cost-effective form of health care
